With a working lifetime of experience in the seafood industry already behind him, Bjørn Ståle Bjørkavåg has joined Danish food industry equipment supplier Intech, starting at the company’s Ålesund office on 1st February.
He brings with him to the new role a wealth of knowledge of processing system ashore and on board fishing vessels, extending to fish, shrimp, lobster, crab and much more, and is able to offer customised systems to meet any seafood processor’s requirements.
According to the company, with Bjørn on the team, Intech has strengthened its focus even further on the seafood market where its tailor-made process equipment for complete factory lines have a leading position.
Bjørn Bjørkavåg works from Intech’s Norwegian office located in Ålesund, from where he is working with both Norwegian and international clients.
