Dutch fishing industry co-operative VCU is doing DanFish in style. With a range of products and services to promote at the exhibition in Aalborg from 9th to 11th October, VCU is bringing one of its trucks to the exhibition, complete with one of the heavyweight drums it uses for steel wire rope and seine rope to vessels, under tension.
VCU’s services range from catch processing installations to weighing and cooling systems, including ice machines, as well as the engineering services offered by its TCD technical devision.
‘This year we are focusing on our VCU CombiRope, VCU Catch Processing and the latest Ósey Urk electric winch projects that we have delivered to twin-rigger/fly-shooters LT-43 and LT-295,’ the company’s Lourens de Boer said.
‘VCU will be in Aalborg with one of the trucks, fully equipped with a hydraulic system and drums for handling steel wire and ropes at your vessel’s location. On this truck you can also see one of our VCU Bubblejet fish washing machines. VCU is your specialist for a full-service concept for products and onboard services.’
VCU can be found in Hall H, Stand 98
