All of the shares in Swedish pelagic processor Scandic Pelagic’s operations in Sweden have been acquired by Västkustfisk SVC AB.
Scandic Pelagic Ellös AB has changes its name to Sweden Pelagic AB and Västkustfisk SVC AB has repurchased 100% of the ownership in the Swedish parts of Scandic Pelagic, which are the facilities at Ellös, Västervik and in Gotland.
Västkustfisk SVC AB has sold its shares in Denmark to FF Skagen, which becomes the sole owner of Scandic Pelagic A/S.
Sweden Pelagic specialises in processing pelagic fish, primarily herring and sprat.
