World renowned award-winning chef Aldo Zilli will be showing his skills at the Natural Food Show held on April this year. The show will also feature a live demonstration by Barney Haughton, founder of Bordeaux Quay in Bristol, the UK’s first eco restaurant to achieve a gold rating under the Soil Association’s sustainability catering scheme.
According to the show organiser, Diversified Business Communications UK, they are going to unveil the full Natural Food Kitchen programme next month, in January 2011. The Natural Food Show and Natural & Organic Products Europe will take place at Olympia Exhibition Centre on the 3-4 April 2011. The event is free to attend for pre-registered trade visitors. Many organisations are supporting this event as it boost the awareness of having good and sustainable seafood.
