In November Vónin’s pelagic team arranged a visit to SINTEF’s flume tank in Hirtshals
The show-up was good with more than 30 representatives from different fishing companies participating. Representatives from both Bridon and Injector Door were also present giving their presentations.
Vónin showed three different designs of pelagic trawls for fishing Herring and Mackerel. The sizes were 1152 mtrs, 1728 mtrs and 2048 mtrs. Bridon had a presentation on their steel wires while Injector Door presented their new and more efficient pelagic trawl door – Injector Monarch.
