He is approaching his 30th year in business as a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for the commercial fishing industry. With a client base consisting of contractors, shipyard managers, fishing fleets and individual fishermen, his range of experience covers small-scale and large operations in a scarcely populated field.
The daily routine job of the David is to over see managerial operations and the custom design and repair of HVAC equipment such as ventilators, evaporators, condensers and control panels. Before getting the position of president David worked under the tutelage of his former boss, Henry Carpenter, who ran the Turbo Marine Co.
Though his company is based in Florida, Mr. McFarland’s services reach much further than the outskirts of the Sunshine State.
