In May next year Faroese fishing port Klaksvík will host the 2021 Atlantic Fair, the tenth occasion that the international maritime exhibition takes place in the Faroe Islands.
The Klaksvík municipality’s sports complex will again be the venue for the exhibition, which takes place every second year and next year’s dates are 18th-21st May.
This will be the tenth time the exhibition will be staged. At the 2019 event, 193 companies from 21 countries exhibited and a total of 4300 visitors attended the event over its three-day duration.
Participants and visitors were unanimous in being highly satisfied with the 2019 event.
The Atlantic Fair provides opportunities to explore business opportunities with both Faroese and overseas with companies presenting their products and services, and showcasing the latest innovations in their field. This is accompanied by a programme of presentations highlighting future trends affecting the maritime environment.
