Seafood Processing Europe exhibition, an annual three-day event, held in Brussels, Belgium, is the largest seafood trade fair in the world. The exhibition is said to attract buyers and sellers from more than 140 countries. This year, more than 200 companies from 22 countries are exhibiting their products and services. The first day of the show has been really successful. Even volcanic ash doesn‘t seem to have prevented many people from attending the show.
The stand of Marel was filled with products and people on the first day. Representative of the company revealed that the customers showed keen interest in the range of standard applications they are demonstrating at the show. He told that the innovative Marel SuperChiller was also very well received and customers were eager to know more about the benefits of superchilling their products in order to extend shelf life, increase product quality and maximize yields.

Fish processors are clearly interested in gaining access to better information and more control of their production processes, which the Innova production control software provides more efficiently than any other system available.
