There will be four boat displays at Skipper Expo Int. Bournemouth 2014, following confirmation that Maver Boats is the latest boatbuilder to sign up for the show.
Maver Boats, who are based in Crail, Fife, will be displaying a fully fitted-out 6.4m catamaran with wheelhouse that is ideal for potting and other static gear fishing. These versatile craft have proved popular in Scotland, with several having already been sold.
Martin Maver of Maver Boats said: “These catamarans offer plenty of work space, which makes them ideal for creeling. They are stable craft and I look forward to showing visitors to Bournemouth around our display vessel.”
Also exhibiting at Bournemouth are vessels from Audacious Marine, G Smyth Boats and Go Marine, which will ensure a diverse range of fishing craft at this flagship exhibition for the English and Welsh fishing industries.
Sharon Boyle of show organiser Mara Media said: “There will be brilliant array of fishing vessels on display at Skipper Expo Int. Bournemouth 2014, which is great news for visitors as they are always one of the most popular attractions at our fishing exhibitions.”
