Currently, the price of salmon is high. The Norwegian salmon farmers are therefore working at full capacity. This requires a lot of feed and as they also want to achieve maximum growth – while the prices are high – the feed producers want to add a large amount of fishmeal to the salmon feed.
At the moment, TripleNine is therefore experiencing increased demand for fishmeal from Norwegian feed producers. According to Warehouse Keeper Lars Bech, at the time of writing, three vessels laden with 1,200 tons each had already been dispatched from the Thyborøn factory since the turn of the year.
