Exhibitors are now getting ready with their latest stuff to be showcase in the forth coming Fish Canada Show this week. Last year the eye catcher was DSS Marine Inc.’s booth in which the company show the life-size life raft that took up a fair amount of floor space, its bright orange colour easily capture visitor’s glance.
This time also there are 100 or more exhibitors and there are companies who have made their habit to participate the show in Moncton because they feel it is important to take part in it. The show is al about creating product awareness. Darren Trites says the show exhibit safety product to make the people who are working on the water aware of the products that are out there that can help save their lives if they need it.
According to him the Fish Canada Show is an ideal fair to display the technology in existing products which is necessary for the people working in water. For A.F. Theriault and Sons Ltd. in Meteghan River, N.S., loves to participate in Moncton show because it gives the shipyard a chance to make contact with people it might not otherwise get to meet.
Gilles Theriault informed that the show gives a fair chance to get different people from different areas because of its location. He also added that the value to the company is to touch base with the customers on the repair side and it also gives the chance to get a feel for what’s on the minds of those in the industry. Ths show also allow to broaden companies markets.
