A total of 27 shipyards and repair facilities, along with five vessel design companies from eleven countries will be exhibiting at Skipper Expo Int. Aberdeen 2019, making it the ideal event for skippers and vessel owners looking for newbuild options and maintenance opportunities.
The strong turnout of shipyards highlights the underlying optimism within the Scottish fishing sector today, with many skippers investing in new vessels.
The yards present at this month’s event carry a diverse range of capabilities, being able to construct a wide variety of different class of craft, including the largest pelagic vessels.
‘It is fantastic to have such a large turnout of shipyards and vessel designers at this year’s Skipper Expo Int. Aberdeen 2019,’ said Sharon Boyle of show organiser Mara Media.
