Norwegian fishing company H Østervold AS is reported to have signed a contract for a new 80.30 metre LOA by 17 metre beam pelagic vessel to be built at the Western Marine Shipyard Ltd in Bangladesh.

Stadyard at Måløy I Norway has signed a contract with Kenfish II AS in Averøy for a new combined gillnetter/autoliner. The new vessel is a 20.99m overall, 10m beam Seacon design, the yard’s newbuild no 40, and is due for delivery in June next year.

Karstensens Skibsværft in Skagen has announced the order of a new pelagic vessel for owners in Norway to be delivered in February 2019, with the Polish-built hull to be delivered to the yard in mid-2018 for fitting out.
