The plenary session of the European Parliament starts in Strasbourg as of Monday September 9th.
On September 10th, Commissioner Damanaki will participate in the debate on MEP Lövin’s report on amendments to the Eel Regulation. The Parliament will vote on this report on September 11th.
On September 11th, President Barroso will deliver his annual State of the Union speech which will be followed by interventions from MEP.
