With planning in progress, changes are being made to the Irish Skipper Expo in response to feedback from visitors and exhibitors.
This includes a date shift to March, in response to feedback from the industry indicating a show slightly later than usual would be preferred.
‘We recognise the changing nature of the industry in Ireland and Scotland and as such, we aim to develop a fantastic exhibition showcasing the very best products and services in the industry – alternating each year to cater to the needs of all of our visitors. Having the event every two years in Ireland will give companies a greater opportunity to work on innovative products and new services to showcase at the show,’ said Mara Media’s Commercial Fishing Manager Sharon Boyle.
The 2025 Irish Skipper Expo is planned for 21st-22nd March and will again take place at the UL Sports Arena Limerick, with some new features brought to the show, and changes to the current layout to maximise viewing potential and allow for more exhibitors to showcase their products and services.
‘Really enjoyed the show, good to see so many options in engines and fishing gear. Some of the exhibitors were very knowledgeable and helpful,’ commented visitor Norman Bridges from Castle Bay.
‘Exhibiting at the Irish Skipper Expo 2024 has been an immensely rewarding experience for Finol Oils,’ said Shrey Bansal of Finol Oils.
‘The exposure, connections, and insights gained are invaluable, and we are already looking forward to participating in the next Expo. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the organisers and everyone who visited our booth, making our exhibition a resounding success.’
