On the last day of Bocuse d’Or Europe in Stavanger, Norway, a contract for seafood delivery to the 2009 competition has been signed. Norway will be official supplier of seafood for the competition in Lyon, France in January. The seafood products will be Norwegian Fresh Cod, Norwegian Cold Water Prawns and Norwegian Great Scallops.
