Recent results from three large research programs related to seafood will be presented in the international Seafood and Health conference in Bergen, May 2008.
Through PHIME, Seafoodplus and AquaMax EU fund research into the sustainable development of aquaculture and production of healthy and safe seafood for consumers, including alternative feed ingredients. Production of high quality seafood from both fisheries and aquaculture, and contaminants associated with seafood safety are also adressed.
