The landings of mackerel and herring were landed between 2002 and 2005, the High court in Edinburgh was told today October 4th.
The landings were made at Shetland Catch Ltd, which previously pleased guilty to assisting skippers commit the crime.
Sentence on Hamish Slater from Fraserburgh Scotland, and Victor Buschini from Hambleton, Lancashire , England was deferred until 10th Jamuary 2011.
