Last week saw the launch at the Nauta Shipyard in Poland of its latest new fishing vessel, the sixth in a series being built for the Karstensens yard in Denmark.
The 78 metre LOA, 15 metre beam Pathway is built to the same design as the Kings Cross which was launched earlier this year at the Gdynia yard. Both vessels for owners in Scotland will be completed at the Karstensens yard in Skagen.
These two are part of a long series of new pelagic vessels for owners in Scotland, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway that the yard has on its extensive orderbook for the coming years.
