Father and son, Tor Øyvind and Øyvind Bolle have already started fishing from Båtsfjord with their new Cleopatra 36 Olavjenta, delivered by Icelandic boatbuilder Trefjar.
Olavjenta is a standard Cleopatra 36 with a 10.99 metre overall length anda beam of 3.80 metres, oufitted for fishing with gillnets and longlines.
The layout places the engine room with its 400hp Scania D9 main engine coupled to a ZF286IV transmission in the aft space. There is also a 7.50kW Nanni generator.
The fishhold is amidships and has capacity for fifteen 380-litre fish tubs.
Olavjenta’s forward section has bunks for three below, with toilet and shower facilities. The wheelhouse is laid out with the control position to starboard, facing an array of JRC, Olex and Simrad electronics. The autopilot interfaces with the bow and stern thrusters, activating them when needed to keep the boat on track when working its gear.
The port side of the wheelhouse has a galley and mess area for three crew.
