A 37 year old Scottish fisherman has died after being overcome by fumes aboard a fishing trawler in the North sea. The fisherman was one of two men flown to Aberdeen from the Peterhead-registered fishing trawler Startlight Rays PD 230. A Third fisherman was flown to hospital in Lerwick after complaining of feeling unwell, in an operation co-cordinated by Aberdeen coastguard's. Dr Vassily Spiridonov has joined the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) as its contract representative for the Russian Federation.
