Agenda Ready for Icelandic-Danish Seafood Conference
Glitnir will host a seafood conference in Aalborg, DK on 19 October, in co-operation with the Icelandic Embassy in Denmark, the Danish-Icelandic Chamber of commerce and Danfish. The theme of the conference is future prospects of the Danish and the Icelandic seafood industry, current situation and explorations of future opportunities for these two industries to compete on the global seafood market. The conference will be held in conjunction with the international fisheries exhibition, “Danfish International 2007”, which will be running October 17-19.
“We are really looking forward for this conference, we have a strong group of speakers and it is already attracting a lot of interest from industry players” says Kristjan Hjaltason, Business Director in Glitnir’s Seafood Team, located in Copenhagen
